Release All Jobs
Release all jobs held by the $HA command.
Parameters:

| Release all jobs that have an affinity for the specified system | |
| ALL | |
| All jobs regardless of their system affinity are released. | |
| <default> | |
| If neither system-id or ALL is specified, only jobs with system affinity for the system on which the command is issued will be released. | |
